Amazon.com Global International Free Shipping Destinations

If your order meets certain requirements and you are shipping to an eligible international destination, you may qualify for FREE international standard delivery when shopping at www.amazon.com. Only eligible products count towards the minimum order amount, and the free delivery offer must be available for your selected delivery address.

Information in this article was checked against Amazon's published Free International Delivery destinations and terms on 10 Oct 2026. Minimum order amounts and eligible items can change, so always confirm the shipping charge at checkout.

Orders shipping to an eligible international destination with at least the stated minimum dollar amount of eligible items may qualify for free international standard delivery. To find qualifying products, first set the correct country under Amazon's "Deliver to" setting. Look for free international shipping eligibility on product pages, in search results, or in the Free Shipping Zone. A generic "FREE Shipping" label by itself does not guarantee free international delivery. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference may affect eligibility.

The following qualifications also apply

  • You can only receive free international delivery at addresses in eligible international destinations, for qualifying products and orders.
  • The minimum order amount varies by country and is measured in US dollars (USD). If your order uses multiple delivery addresses, check eligibility for each delivery address or shipment separately.
  • Only eligible products count towards the minimum order amount. VAT, Import Fees Deposit, and delivery charges do not count towards the minimum.
  • Free international delivery applies to standard delivery. Priority or faster delivery options may incur shipping charges.
  • Some items sold by third-party sellers can qualify, but not all third-party, bulky, or special products are eligible. Check the offer displayed for each item and at checkout.
  • Free shipping does not necessarily waive import taxes, customs charges, or other fees. Amazon may collect import fees at checkout. Read About Import Tax and Fees and the International Shipping Terms & Conditions.
  • If you use the Amazon Currency Converter, you may be shown the total in your local currency. Currency-conversion or exchange-rate guarantee fees may still apply; review the final order total.
  • Amazon states that the free international delivery promotion does not apply to Amazon Business (B2B) customers. It may be changed or discontinued at any time.

If you're shipping to an address in an eligible country, follow these steps for free shipping:

  1. Set the delivery country or address using Amazon's "Deliver to" setting.
  2. Browse the Free Shipping Zone or shop for eligible products after setting your destination. Add enough qualifying items to meet the minimum order amount for that country.
  3. Proceed to checkout and confirm that your shipping address is in an eligible international destination.
  4. Check the available delivery options. Select free international standard delivery if offered; do not assume every internationally shippable item qualifies.
  5. Review the shipping charge and any shipping promotion or discount. For example, Amazon may show a shipping fee and a matching "FREE Shipping Promo" credit that reduces the shipping charge to zero.
  6. Review any VAT, import fees, currency-conversion charges, and the estimated delivery date. These may still affect the total even when shipping is free.
  7. Place your order once the checkout total and delivery details are correct.

If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, it may be because...

  1. Only items that qualify for free international delivery count towards the minimum dollar requirement. Shipping fees may still apply to ineligible items in the same order.
  2. VAT and Import Fees Deposit do not contribute to the minimum order amount.
  3. The delivery country is not currently covered by the promotion, or the selected address, product, seller, or shipping method is not eligible.
  4. Your cart contains an ineligible item, such as certain bulky or special products, or an item from a third-party seller that is not included in the promotion.
  5. Your order has changed since you qualified, for example through an item cancellation, a change of delivery address, or a faster delivery option.

How to check free shipping eligibility

Unsure if your location is eligible for free international shipping?

Simply visit the Amazon Free Shipping Zone and select your country from the top left under "Deliver to".

If your selected delivery country is eligible, Amazon may display the message "Add an eligible item to your cart to get started" and show items available through the Free Shipping Zone, as illustrated below.

If the destination is not eligible, you may instead see: "FREE Shipping is not available for your selected delivery location", as illustrated below.

These messages are helpful indicators, but your final delivery charge must be checked at checkout. Free international shipping may appear as a shipping promotion or credit rather than a separate shipping option. If you are paying in a local currency, a conversion-related fee may still apply.
